What is Seesaw?
Seesaw is a teacher-parent communication tool and on online learning journal that empowers students to collect evidence of their learning in a variety of forms, either independently or with teacher guidance.
Students can capture learning with photos and videos of their work, or by adding digital creations, both of which can include text comments, labels, annotations, and audio commentary. Student work can then be shared with teachers, classmates, and parents.
Comments can be added to items uploaded via text and/or audio. All posts are organized through a folder (tag) system and are accessible from any device. Each child’s journal stays with them as they progress through elementary school and items can be filtered by student and/or folder.
