Getting Help

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)  Department offers several types of technical support: online documentation, telephone support, and a walk-in support center.


Walk-in Support Center

The ICT Department offering warranty repair and other services, and is available for the middle school netbooks and students who purchased a laptop through the Student Laptop Program.

This center is located in the A317 (Middle School Building) and the hours of operation are:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Saturday/Sunday - CLOSED


Student Support:

The ICT staff will maintain office hours to assist students with technology issues from

7:45 AM - 8:00 AM
9:40 AM - 10:00AM
1:00: PM - 1:30 PM

in the ICT Service rooms A317, B204, C400

In order to assist you as quickly and efficiently and as possible please include the following information in your email:

  • Room number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • What steps you have taken to try and resolve the problem
