Before Contacting Tech Support
There are some important steps you can take before seeking support.
- Restart your computer. If the issue still exists and is not password-related, seek technical support.
- If you are not able to log in to the computer, email, or applications; reset your password here.

The ICT Office (C020) is available from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on school days to assist students and teachers with technology issues.
