Log in to CAS
Click on your picture (upper right side) and select Equipment Check Out
Review the equipment check out to you. If there are any errors please email ict at ssis.edu.vn
Click the blue button to create your electronic signature.
Type in your name then write on the screen to create your electronic signature.
When done click the blue sign button to sign and then close to close the window
Check the box to confirm "I understand that checking this box constitutes a legal signature confirming that I acknowledge and agree that the above equipment is checked out to me."
Click the green Submit button
