It is good practice to organize your Google Drive so that the most current files are easily accessible.
To do this, open your Google Drive and create a new folder in your Google account. Name the folder Archive_(year) e.g. Archive_2017, Archive_2018
Select old files and folders. Drag them to the Archive folder.
To organize your Drive further, Create a Semester folder and then drag in your current semester folders (the ones created by Hapara).
