- 6. CTP Test Day
Please note that a teacher will need to project this page on the large screen for students to follow...
Step 1: Restart your computer.
Step 2: Log in to your 'tests' user account.
Step 3: Open Finder and hold down option (alt) + command (CMD) + escape (ESC) to open the 'Force Quit Applications' box. Select any applications that are still open and click 'Force Quit'.
Step 4: You cannot 'Quit' finder, so instead choose 'Relaunch'.
Step 5: Open the 'ERB Secure Browser' from within your Applications folder.
Step 6: Follow your teacher's directions and complete the test.
Troubleshooting:
IF you see the "corecaptured" error:
- Close the ERB Secure Browser
- Use option (alt) + command (CMD) + escape (ESC) to open the 'Force Quit Applications' box.
- 'Relaunch' Finder twice.
