There are 4 kinds of email templates you need to edit before the ASA session:
+ Notification email template: the email to notify parents about the new ASA session
+ Request email template: the email parents receive in the Request Phase to confirm their requests
+ Confirm email template: the email parents receive in the Live Phase to confirm the choices
+ Instructor email template: the email ASA teachers receive after the Live Phase
To edit those templates, after you have create a new ASA session, follow these steps:
1. In "Activity Sign-Ups" page, click "Email" button:
2. In the Email page, edit the templates:
Notes: please do not remove these special texts or the emails will not be able to send:
