How do I know students are using PowerSchool Learning?

PSL has an integrated analytics function that enables teachers to view statistics on the user activity. The analytics give the teacher information about which students have logged in, when, for how long and on which pages. While it can not tell if students actually read or interacted with resources, it does give an indication of class activity.

To Open the Analytics Page

Go to Manage Class > View Analytics

Analytics can be used to track user useage or confirm that users have logged in to a class and checked for assignments or school resources. The PSL analytics tool will aloow you to see individual user logins and which pages they have accessed.

Recent Activity tab is a convenient way to view detailed records from the past 14 days. It shows users (and their role), the type of resource and how many times they have accessed the resource and for how long.
